Finished the May quilt with just a couple of days to spare! What a trial of errors! I would have finished a couple of days sooner if I hadn't made so many dumb mistakes that required ripping and resewing. It's interesting that so much green shows in the picture--I thought the predominant colors were the pinks with yellow accents. Guess I should photograph the material before I start a quilt--might use different blending fabrics if I do that. Anyway, the background is a pale pink--taking pictures downstairs doesn't really show the true colors. (66X84)
Now to see what number is drawn for June. The daughter-in-law and older granddaughter are coming on Monday and will stay for a couple of days before taking the Jeep back to Colorado Springs with them. swim think Shane has lots of projects she would like to do--and not nearly enough time to do them! I'll have to pick out some cross-stitch projects that she might like to do. And clean!!
Petunia I, II, and III are history. Who would have thought that skunks like marshmallows?! Daffodils and tulips are blooming and the Canadian Red Cherry is about to make its fragrant statement. It is a beautiful time of the year.
